Does BioBru contain caffeine?

Nope! It’s caffeine-free but still energizing thanks to its adaptogenic blend of maca and cordyceps.

How do I make a cup of BioBru?

Add a scoop of BioBru to your mug, then add hot water (or hot coffee) and give it a few minutes to steep. Then add creamer and/or sweetener of your choice. Treat it like you would a coffee or chai. We love oat milk coffee creamer, or coconut milk and coconut sugar, but you do you!

What does it taste like?

Earthy, bold, coffee-like undertones (thank you roasted roots), with caramel, orange, toffee, pumpkin, vanilla, slightly spicy like a mild chai.

Can I mix this with coffee?

Absolutely. We call this a BioBru Boost! It was designed to play well with others — great in coffee, chai, smoothies, hot cocoa or alone (our favorite).

Why are there only 4 mushrooms in each blend?

Our goal with BioBru is to encourage the growth of new beneficial gut microbiota by rotating the foods and mushrooms in each blend. You shouldn’t take the same herbs or mushrooms every day indefinitely.

Why aren’t there high doses of mushrooms in BioBru?

Without knowing every customer's health issues, it’s safer to use lower, maintenance doses. Our founder aims to support as many people as possible with safe, effective amounts.
