Rooted in Research. Stirred with Intention.
BioBru began with a question: What if your morning cup could do more than wake you up?
More than a mushroom coffee, BioBru is a daily ritual built on whole foods, adaptogens, and a deep respect for the gut–brain connection.
We believe that nutrition should be nourishing, inclusive, and a little bit magical.

Our Story
Elena Pollard, CCH, MA is a Certified Integrative Homeopath and the formulator behind BioBru. With over a decade of experience in wellness product development and more than 20 years in biomedical autism research, her work is driven by a deep understanding of the gut-brain connection and a passion for helping people feel their best—inside and out.
Since 2001, Elena has contributed to groundbreaking research on nutritional deficiencies and microbiota imbalances in individuals with autism. As part of a team led by Dr. James Adams, she’s co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed studies and helped develop nutritional and microbiota-based treatments now used by families across the globe.
When it comes to formulation, Elena is as practical as she is purposeful. She carefully sources organic, bioactive ingredients and blends them for both function and flavor. Her goal? To create wellness rituals people actually enjoy—no grimacing required.
BioBru was designed to taste good and do good, with blends that are rich in superfoods, prebiotics, and adaptogens—each crafted to support calm energy, focus, and long-term health.
